Families receiving financial aid are now able to apply their discount to their ticket purchases for the "Arctic Odyssey" concerts. Please call the office to purchase your tickets with financial aid. (Maximum 4 discounted tickets per family)

Parking
We are excited that our upcoming concerts at Christ Church Santa Fe will be well attended by parents, family, and community members!
Please follow these instructions to help make sure that everyone can enter and exit the parking lot safely
We are excited that our upcoming concerts at Christ Church Santa Fe will be well attended by parents, family, and community members!
Please follow these instructions to help make sure that everyone can enter and exit the parking lot safely
- Enter the parking lot from Cordova Road (green star) and exit onto Don Gaspar Avenue (blue circle)
- Follow the instructions of the parking attendants. Let them know if you need handicap accessible parking and they will guide you to the correct spot. You may be asked to park in the overflow parking lot (red rectangle).
- Carpooling is encouraged if possible.
- If all parking spots are full (unlikely, but could happen for Sunday concerts), there is street parking at the Harvey Cornell Rose Park about 2-3 blocks away (5 min walk).
Concert Attire
Now is the time to have your students try on their concert black attire! Clothes must be all black.
Students should arrive at their dress rehearsal dressed for the concert. Students not in all black clothing will not be able to perform.

Unpacking Room
We will have a room set up for students to unpack in. This room needs to remain tidy and all of your students' items need to remain together. Please make sure all of their items are appropriately labeled with their name. Only students and teachers will be able to enter the unpacking room. Parents will not be allowed.

Concert Etiquette and Safety
Help us respect our space and keep everyone safe with these few rules:
- The call time for your student is the time that your student should be in the building. Being late or missing your dress rehearsal is unacceptable. Parents should drop their student off for the dress rehearsal and return for the concert.
- No food or drinks unless you have a medical condition that requires you to carry food with you. Make sure your child has a good meal before they come. Water bottles that close tightly are okay. We will be selling chocolates to give to your students. Please wait until after the concert to give them to your child and wait until you are out of the building to open them.
- Have your tickets ready (printed or pulled up on your phone) when you arrive at the venue. If you did not receive a confirmation email with your tickets, please check your spam or call/email the office to have them resent. Questions/concerns: marilyn@sfysa.org or 505-672-5565
- Arrive with your full party. Saving seats will not be allowed.
- Students will not be able to be picked up mid-concert unless approved with a staff member ahead of time. It is not only disrespectful to other students to have audience members leaving early, but it is an unsafe situation to have students leaving early without permission and advanced notice.
- You are welcome to send your child with a book to read while they are waiting for their dress rehearsal or performance time.
- Doors open for seating 30 minutes prior to the start time of each concert.
